About Us

Dean Hartley - Founder of iOrthotics
Bradley Lester - Podiatrist & Operations Manager

iOrthotics USA is a 3D printing central fab. We are a joint venture between iOrthotics Australia, a five year veteran in 3D printing, and Hersco Ortho Labs, an experienced US manufacturer. Located in Astoria, New York, iOrthotics utilizes HP’s Jet Fusion 3D printing technology for its manufacturing needs. With three existing Jet Fusion printers in Australia and our newest in New York, we’re proud to bring the most advanced technology to the world of orthotic manufacturing in the United States.

3D printing allows greater design flexibility than traditional production methods, while reducing landfill waste by over 95%. We have invested heavily in ensuring superior part quality as well as partnering with universities to test our printed orthotics and further the application of 3D printing into medical devices.

The consistency and reproducibility of the product is unparalleled. It is the technology of the future and it is available now.

Quality

Incorporating university testing and research, we’ve invested heavily in the development of the highest quality orthotic devices.

Work with us to create a more sustainable industry

iOrthotics is committed to a more sustainable future for our industry and the environment.  Through 3D printing, iOrthotics has been able to help orthotic labs transition to almost zero waste for rigid orthotics, compared to traditional milled polypropylene devices that produce up to 4lb of waste per pair made.

Not only are our 3D printed orthotics good for the environment, they’re lighter, thinner and stronger than ever; plus they look great.
