Our People

Our Clinical Team

A Podiatrist of over 15 years, Dean co-founded iOrthotics and Healthia Limited. He collaborates with UQ and QUT on research and development projects spanning innovative materials and technologies and is an industry leader in the field of 3D printing and digital workflows. He also holds an Adjunct Fellow position at the University of Queensland.

Scott has managed iOrthotics Australia since 2018. With a clinical background in podiatry and specializing in biomechanics, Scott has taught for several years at QUT, leads our global product development, clinical training, and R&D initiatives including smart orthotics research. As a contributor to several published research projects, Scott excels at investing in the next generation of podiatrists. He is also the founder of AllSports Podiatry.

Elisha joined iOrthotics in 2024 and is our Operations Manager whilst still engaging in clinic . She specialises in custom AFO and footwear prescriptions, and is the go-to for scanning support, onboarding, and the iOrder platform. Increasingly, Elisha plays a key role in educating fellow podiatrists and developing clinical training through our annual workshop roadshows.

Lauren joined iOrthotics in 2022 whilst still studying Podiatry at QUT. Now a new graduate, Lauren consults across two Brisbane sports clinics whilst working at the lab a few days a week. She is a familiar face at workshops and conferences, helping practitioners leverage innovative manufacturing solutions for better patient outcomes. Lauren has also been involved in recent studies relating to sustainable orthotic materials.

Nidhi has been part of the iOrthotics team since 2021 and practicing within Healthia clinics for over a decade. An AOPA member, she specialises in lower limb orthosis and has developed a reputation within the industry as a leader in the O & P space. She leads 3D-printed AFO design, Sure Step paediatric braces, and custom medical-grade footwear — and is the go-to specialist for complex lower limb bracing. Nidhi is a keen contributor to our education events teaching on design, scanning & solutions to complex clinical presentations.

Pat joined the team in early 2026, bringing both clinical practice as a Podiatrist and a Bachelor of Business (Finance). Patrick has a passion for business development and is leveraging his skills in this area to expand our business in the US, Australia and beyond. Patrick is our key contact for iOrthotics USA and is currently working on transitioning an acquired brand into our Long Island facility and improving our business processes to ensure we provide excellent patient first outcomes.
