From the first scan to the finished device, iOrthotics practitioners are available to support your prescriptions, clarify design decisions, and ensure every patient receives the precise device they need.

In partnership with the University of Queensland's CADPM research group, we actively contribute to advancing podiatric biomechanics and 3D-printed orthotic research — bringing the latest clinical evidence directly to your practice.

Meet Our Clinical Team

A podiatrist with 15+ years' experience and co-founder of iOrthotics and Healthia Limited. An industry leader in 3D printing and digital workflows, Dean collaborates with UQ and QUT on R&D projects in innovative materials and technologies, and is an Adjunct Fellow at the University of Queensland.

Scott Morrison has managed iOrthotics Australia since 2018 with a clinical background in podiatry, specializing in biomechanics. He leads global product development, clinical training and R&D (incl. smart orthotics research), and is the founder of AllSports Podiatry.

Elisha Kynaston joined iOrthotics in 2024 as Operations Manager while continuing clinical practice. She specialises in custom AFO and footwear prescriptions, supports scanning, onboarding and the iOrder platform, and helps deliver clinical training through our workshop roadshows.

Lauren King joined iOrthotics in 2022 while studying Podiatry at QUT and now consults across two Brisbane sports clinics. A familiar face at workshops and conferences, Lauren helps practitioners adopt innovative manufacturing solutions and contributes to research on sustainable orthotic materials.

Nidhi Solanki has been part of the iOrthotics team since 2021 with over a decade of practice in Healthia clinics. An AOPA member and O&P leader, she specialises in lower limb orthoses — 3D-printed AFOs, Surestep paediatric braces and custom medical-grade footwear — and is a key educator on design, scanning and complex cases.

Patrick Morrison joined iOrthotics in 2026, bringing clinical experience as a Podiatrist and a Bachelor of Business (Finance). Focused on business development, he is expanding iOrthotics across Australia, the US and international markets, and is the primary contact for iOrthotics USA and the Long Island facility integration.
