iOrthotics returns to LER's Orthoses Tech series for the third session of 2026, this time looking at what additive manufacturing actually changes about how a device is designed — not just how it's made.
The session covers the materials behind the iO range, including EnviroFoam and EnviroPoly, and how printing lets density be varied within a single device rather than fixed across it. It also looks at where 3D printing is taking custom bracing, and what that means for fit, turnaround and waste.
